One Shore St. is available for exclusive hire.
As a venue we can accommodate up to 22 guests in the dining room, with bed and breakfast for up to 10 adults (5 rooms).
Venue hire includes exclusive use of the venue and the kitchen on the day for you and your guests, tables, chairs, white linen table cloths and napkins, all crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. It also includes bed and breakfast for five rooms (up to 10 adults). Option 1 – Entire venue, including Kitchen and Dining room (22 guests), 5 rooms Bed and Breakfast

Option 2 – Bed and Breakfast basis
5 rooms, occupancy 2 adults per room, bed and breakfast, exclusive use of function room in the evening for total of 22 covers at £1,100.00 per night.
